Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, meet and greet at eh airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight.
Day 02: Delhi
Morning tour of historic city of Old Delhi to include magnificent Red Fort,
The Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque, Rajghat - memorial of Mahatma Gandhi
and a Rickshaw ride past through the silver street in Chandni Chowk.
Afternoon sightseeing in New Delhi to include Humayun's Tomb, Bhai Temple, Qutab
Minar, India gate and Government buildings. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra
Morning transfer to Railway station to connect Shatabdi express to Agra. Arrive
in Agra at 0810 hours and proceed for full day sightseeing. Agra is the home
of the Taj Mahal and the famous Red Fort. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built
the extravagant Taj Mahal as amausoleum for his most beloved wife and was imprisoned
in the Red Fort overlooking the Taj

his son until death. Both buildings are truly spectacular and the Taj Mahal
is now one of the wonders of the World. Overnight.
Day 04: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Ranthambore
Morning drive to Ranthambore enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. This was emperor
Akbar's capital designed and built in Red stone the city is another architectural
wonder. Later drive to Ranthambore. Overnight.
Day 05: Ranthambore
Morning safari in the park, afternoon safari, overnight.
Ranthambore National Park - Earlier the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of
Jaipur, the park at Ranthambore was once the scene of royal hunting parties.
Today, it is famous for its Tigers and is one of the best places in the country
to see these majestic predators in the wild. The tigers can be spotted quite
often even during the day, at their normal pursuits -

hunting
and taking care of their young. With the strict measures that have been taken
for their conservation, they seem quite accustomed to human activity and are
not disturbed by it. A good time to visit is between October and April when
the nature of the dry deciduous forests makes sightings common.
Ranthambore has large numbers of sambar, chital and nilgai, Sounders of boar
and an occasional gazelle - the chinkara can be seen, as also the Indian hare,
mongoose and monitor lizards. The lakes and pools at the park are where the
deer congregate and where it is easiest to see the animals at the park are where

local fauna are the leopard, hyena, jackal, jungle cats, sloth bear and marsh
crocodile.
Jacanas, painted stork, black stork and white necked stork are seen along the
water bodies. Peafowl are found in abundance and other birds include Bonelli's
eagle, crested serpent eagle, the great Indian horned owl, quail, partidge,
spur fowl and the paradise flycatcher.
Day
06: Ranthambore - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur enroute sightseeing in Samode, evening at leisure. Overnight.
Day 07: Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amber Fort riding on the elephant back. Afternoon city
tour of the famous 'Pink City" which reminds of a galorious past and there
is so much to see and enjoy here. It is also famous for its blue - art pottery
and inlaid brasswork. Overnight.
Day 08: Jaipur - Delhi - Departure
Morning free, later drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer to international airport
for your onward flight.
